Kehillat Yuval in Gedara is a center for Jewish renewal, in an Israeli and contemporary spirit. Our activities are open to the Israeli public of all streams.

Operating since 2009, the community offers the residents of the settlement and the surrounding area activities in the fields of religion, society, education, contemporary Jewish culture and social action in the spirit of pluralism, equality, religious tolerance, as well as voluntary activities within Gedera and the surrounding area. This community has about 80 active community members and provides A service to the hundreds of residents of Gedera and the surrounding area who visit the community on holidays and holidays, as well as at events of the circle of life such as bar and bat mitzvah celebrations. The community maintains extensive and rich religious and cultural activities and strives to position itself at the heart of religious and social activities in Gedera.

he community is for all ages and open to the LGBT community.

The community gathers for Shabbat reception once every two weeks. The youth meet once a week for Telam youth activity. The families in the community meet for trips around Gedera. Several times a year, the community opens an At and Vani class – mothers and daughters of Bat Mitzvah age and a preparatory class for the Torah conversion ceremony for sons and daughters of a Bat Mitzvah.

The community is led by Rabbi Dana Sharon.
