Emet VShalom, Nahariya

Emet VShalom was established 59 years ago in the city of Nahariya. As part of the Reform Movement in Israel, we offer a Judaism based on the values ​​of tradition, but at the same time modern, creative and equal to every soul. Community activities include prayer, study and enrichment classes, beit midrash, Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah ceremonies, a conversion course and marriage ceremonies. The community holds prayer on Shabbat nights and Israeli holidays, as well as events around the Hebrew calendar.

Emet VShalom numbers over 80 families from the residents of Nahariya and the surrounding area. In the community there are families and individuals, veterans and newcomers from the countries of South America, the USA and Europe. The amazing Kibbutz HaGaloy is held in the community and we are an open and inclusive home for Jews from all over the world and, of course, for Israelis living in Nahariya and the entire region. Our community speaks Hebrew, English and Spanish.
