Achva Bakerem, Jerusalem

Achva Bakerem was founded in 2007 to residents of Beit HaKerem and the surrounding area.
Our goal is to create a sense of belonging and local identity among the residents and grow from this taking responsibility at the neighborhood, community and personal level. Weekly services, holiday celebrations and a community garden bring together residents and members in the spirit of urban development and environmental action with an open, Jewish approach.

The congregation is led by Rabbi Tamir Nir.
